Current Real Estate Property Taxes

Payment of current real estate property taxes may be made by the following means:

• Credit or debit card payment available online
• MasterCard, Discover, and American Express cards are accepted at all Tax Collector Office locations
• Cash, check or money order payment available at all Tax Collector Office locations
• Check or money order payment by mail. Please make check or money order payable to Bob M^cKee, Tax Collector; and mail to P.O. Box 327, Tavares, FL 32778-0327.

Current Tangible Personal Property Taxes

Payment of current tangible personal property taxes may be made by the following means:

• Credit or debit card payment available online
• MasterCard, Discover, and American Express cards are accepted at all Tax Collector Office locations
• Cash, check or money order payment available at all Tax Collector Office locations
• Check or money order payment by mail. Please make check or money order payable to Bob M^cKee, Tax Collector; and mail to P.O. Box 327, Tavares, FL 32778-0327.

Delinquent Tangible Personal Property Taxes

The date the payment is received in the Lake County Tax Collector's Office, not date of postmark, determines the amount due. Therefore, it is imperative that the delinquent tax payment be received on site no later than the last week day of the payment month (i.e. should April 30th fall on Sunday, the prior Friday, April 28th, would be the last on site day to receive payment)

Payment of delinquent tangible personal property taxes will also be accepted as follows:

• Credit or debit card payment available online
• Mastercard debit/credit card payment and Discover debit/credit card payment available at all Tax Collector Office locations
• Cash, check or money order payment available at all Tax Collector Office locations
• Check or money order payment by mail. Please make check or money order payable to Bob M^cKee, Tax Collector; and mail to P.O. Box 327, Tavares, FL 32778-0327.

Tax Installment (Enrollment Required)

Payment of current taxes by installment may be made by the following means:

• Credit or debit card payment available online
• MasterCard, Discover, and American Express cards are accepted at all Tax Collector Office locations
• Cash, check or money order payment available at all Tax Collector Office locations
• Check or money order payment by mail. Please make check or money order payable to Bob M^cKee, Tax Collector; and mail to P.O. Box 327, Tavares, FL 32778-0327.
